The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist and make our stay more comfortable. The proximity to the lake and mountains was the best part of our Christmas stay. We enjoyed birdwatching and bird photography in the beautiful surroundings. the staff at the restaurant were extremely polite and helpful, making our dining experience enjoyable. the location was easily accessible from Mumbai, making it a convenient spot for a quick getaway.
the wifi was only available in the lobby and the floors were not clean enough.

Located at the bottom of Sindola hill, this hotel offers scenic views of nature and a beautiful lake. the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast spread is varied. the staff is welcoming and helpful. Facilities include a garden for kids to play in and a boat trip for a relaxing ride on the lake.
The hotel could use more activities and games to enjoy.
